# How to connect your wallet to ClubAffili

Connect your wallet on the Staking or Club Token page and verify it with one free signature. Withdrawals go to your payout wallet; you can stake from your payout wallet or any other wallet you have verified. Includes phone steps.

**Quick answer:** Open **Staking** or **Club Token**, press **Connect wallet**, choose your wallet and approve. The first time you use a wallet with ClubAffili, it asks for one free signature to verify that the wallet is yours. After that it is not asked again. Withdrawals always go to your **payout wallet**. You can stake from your payout wallet or from any other wallet you have verified.

## Payout wallet and funding wallets

- **Payout wallet:** the one verified address your withdrawals are sent to. You set it in **Menu** → **Payout destination**.

- **Funding wallets:** any other wallet you have verified with the free signature. You can send CLUB from these to open a stake. Staking from a funding wallet never changes your payout wallet.

A transfer from a wallet you have not verified can't be matched to you automatically. If that happens, contact Support with the transaction hash.

## Supported wallets

Browser-extension and mobile wallets that connect directly or through WalletConnect, for example MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet or Trust Wallet. Hardware wallets connected through one of these also work. Club Token is on Ethereum, so your wallet must be on Ethereum.

## Steps on a computer

1. Log in and open **Staking** (or **Club Token**).

2. Press **Connect wallet** and pick your wallet.

3. Approve the connection in your wallet. ClubAffili only sees your address. It never asks for your seed phrase or private key.

4. If your wallet is on another network, accept the prompt to switch to Ethereum.

5. If this wallet isn't verified on your account yet, sign the free verification message. It doesn't move tokens or cost gas.

## Steps on a phone

1. Open ClubAffili in Safari or Chrome, or from the ClubAffili app on your Home Screen.

2. Press **Connect wallet**, choose **WalletConnect**, then pick the MetaMask app (or your wallet's app).

3. Approve the connection, and any signature, in the wallet app.

4. Switch back to your browser. You stay in Safari or Chrome for the rest of the steps.

For staking on a phone step by step, see _Staking from your phone (MetaMask, WalletConnect, Trust Wallet)_.

## Changing your payout wallet

Open **Menu** (tap your avatar, or Menu on the phone tab bar), choose **Payout destination** and update the address there. For your protection the change may need email confirmation. Withdrawals you have already requested keep going to the address that was set when you requested them.

## Troubleshooting

**The page asks me to verify my wallet.** That wallet isn't verified on your account yet. Sign the free message in your wallet. It happens once per wallet.

**The wallet pop-up does not appear.** Check the wallet extension is unlocked and that pop-ups are not blocked for the ClubAffili site.

**The connection just spins or drops (often reported with Trust Wallet).** Disconnect and reconnect with WalletConnect, try the MetaMask app instead, and make sure the wallet is on Ethereum. If you think a deposit might have been sent, go back to the Staking page and look for the **Deposit in progress** card before trying again.

**I lost access to my wallet.** ClubAffili cannot recover a wallet; only your seed phrase can. Set a new payout wallet you control in Menu → Payout destination, and contact Support if you have active stakes.
