Status: Staking is not live yet. The mechanics below are the current design and are still being finalised — rates, pools and qualification rules can change before launch. The Staking page in your dashboard always shows the rules in force.
Quick answer: Pending means ClubAffili hasn't yet been able to verify your transfer on-chain — usually it just needs more confirmations. Rejected means the transfer didn't match what was expected. Your tokens are never lost; support can trace them with the transaction hash.
Open the transaction hash in the block explorer (linked from your Staking page). If it shows pending or failed there, the blockchain hasn't completed it — speed it up or retry from your wallet.
If the transaction is confirmed on-chain, make sure the hash is attached to your stake. If not, use Submit transaction on the Staking page and paste it.
Wait for the required number of confirmations (shown on the page).
Still pending after an hour? Contact support with the transaction hash and your stake ID.
Cause | Fix |
|---|---|
Sent from a wallet other than your saved funding wallet | Contact support with the hash. Update your saved wallet for future stakes. |
Amount sent differs from the amount entered | Contact support with the hash; they'll reconcile the transfer. |
Wrong network or wrong token contract | Contact support immediately. Tokens sent on the wrong network may not be recoverable. |
Sent to an address other than the official vault | Only the vault address shown by the Staking page is valid. Contact support. |
Transaction hash already used | Each transfer can fund only one stake. Make a new transfer for a new stake. |
Transaction failed on-chain | Check gas and retry from your wallet. |

Can I cancel a pending stake? You can't cancel a blockchain transfer once sent. If the stake is rejected, support returns or re-applies the tokens according to your instruction.
