Staking binary: your network's stakes as binary points, paid in Club Token

Staked Club Token becomes points in your legs. Each week you earn your binary percentage of the weaker leg in Club Token. Paid points leave both legs, the rest carries over, and the weekly cap is converted from dollars.

Status: Staking is not live yet. These are the rules staking binary launches with. The Staking page in your dashboard always shows the rules in force.

Quick answer: Staking binary works like product binary, counted in Club Token instead of dollars, with its own qualification. When someone in your network stakes, their tokens become points in your leg, 1 point per token. Each week you earn your binary percentage of the weaker leg, paid in Club Token. The points that were paid for are removed from both legs, and the rest carries over.

How it works

  1. A member in your left or right leg opens a stake, say 2,000 Club Token.

  2. 2,000 points are added to that leg, for you and for everyone above them in the tree.

  3. Each weekly cycle, your left and right points are compared. You earn your rank's binary percentage of the weaker leg, the same percentage as product binary.

  4. The points that were paid for are removed from both legs, oldest first, so no point can ever be paid twice. The rest carries over to the next week.

  5. Points still unmatched a year after they were earned expire, batch by batch.

Example

Left leg: 8,000 points. Right leg: 5,000 points. At a 10% rate you earn 500 Club Token. Both legs drop by 5,000, so the left carries 3,000 points into next week and the right starts again from zero.

Qualification and limits

  • Qualification: a member you personally sponsored on each leg, anywhere in that leg, who holds an active stake worth $50 or more at the Club Token price. Purchases don't count here; they count toward product binary. You don't need a stake of your own.

  • Weekly cap: your rank's weekly binary cap, set in dollars and converted to Club Token at the Club Token price when the week is booked. If a week would pay more than the cap, you are paid the cap. Only the points behind what was paid are removed; the rest stay in your legs and carry over.

  • Finite allocation, no weekly release: staking binary is paid from its own 10% of the Club Token supply. Each week pays what your legs earn until that allocation runs out. If a week would pay out more than is left, everyone that week gets a proportional share and the unpaid points stay in their legs. When the allocation is used up, staking binary stops.

How you are paid

Staking binary is booked once a week and released to your saved wallet in Club Token by an admin. Release is manual and happens at irregular intervals, so timing varies.

Related questions

Does my own stake create points for me? No. It creates points for the members above you, and earns you staking rewards.

Do members deep in my legs count? Yes. Every stake anywhere below you in a leg adds its points to that leg, however deep. For qualification, the member you sponsored can also sit anywhere in that leg.

What if I'm not qualified yet? Your points still build up and still age. Your dashboard shows what your legs would pay this week, so you can see what you're missing out on and which leg needs a qualifying staker.

Does the lock term change the points? No. It is 1 point per staked token, whatever the lock term.

Can a stake be counted twice? No. Each stake adds its points once, when it becomes active, and paid points are removed from both legs.
