Quick answer: Once you qualify, you earn 10% of the Binary rewards earned by the members you personally referred (generation 1) and by the members they personally referred (generation 2).
Generation 1: members who registered with your referral link.
Generation 2: members who registered with a generation-1 member's link.
Generations follow the sponsor relationship, not the binary tree position. A member placed under you by spillover but sponsored by someone else is not in your generations.

Team Reward qualification is tied to your rank: how many active personal referrals you need, and how many generations you earn across, both change as you rank up. The qualifying purchase amount is also set per programme. Your Ranks page shows the exact requirement for your level and how far you are from it.
You qualify for generation 1. Your personal referral Sam earns $1,200 in Binary rewards this week → you earn $120. If you also qualify for generation 2 and Sam's referral Lee earns $400 Binary → you earn another $40.
None. Team Reward is not capped, but it depends on your team's Binary rewards, which are themselves subject to the Binary cap.
