Quick answer: Partner purchases create Direct rewards and points as soon as they settle. Binary, Staking Binary and Team rewards are calculated once a week. Everything is credited to your reward balance in that weekly run, and you can then request a payout.

Your Rewards page shows rewards as pending until the weekly run, then paid (credited to balance). A pending reward can still be cancelled if the underlying purchase is refunded before the run.

A purchase happened but no reward shows. The partner may not have settled it yet. See Why isn't a purchase showing in my network? in the Partners & Purchases collection.
Can the weekly run be late? Occasionally, for maintenance. Rewards are never lost — a delayed run processes everything that was due.
