Quick answer: Open Wallet & Payouts, click Request payout, enter an amount up to your available balance, confirm your payout wallet, and submit. The amount is placed on hold, reviewed by the ClubAffili team and then sent.
An available balance above the programme minimum (shown on the page).
A saved funding wallet on your profile — crypto payouts are only sent to this address.
Any identity verification your programme requires must be complete.
Log in and open Wallet & Payouts.
Check your Available balance. (Held and pending amounts can't be withdrawn.)
Click Request payout.
Enter the amount. You can withdraw part or all of your available balance.
Confirm the destination — your saved wallet address is shown. If it's wrong, cancel and update your profile first.
Submit. The amount moves from Available to On hold and the request appears in your payout history as Pending.
The ClubAffili team reviews the request (Pending).
Once approved, the transfer is made from the treasury to your wallet and independently verified on-chain (Approved → Completed).
If the request can't be approved, it is Rejected and the held amount is returned to your available balance in full.
How long does it take? Reviews are typically completed within a few business days; the on-chain transfer confirms within minutes of approval. See Payout statuses and timing.
Is there a fee? ClubAffili doesn't charge a payout fee. Blockchain network fees for the transfer are covered by the treasury.
Can I cancel a pending request? Contact support while it's still Pending. Once approved and sent it can't be reversed.
