Before you start
Available CLUB in your balance. Your staking rewards and binary rewards are booked there every week. Locked stakes and withdrawals already requested can't be withdrawn again.
A verified payout wallet. Withdrawals are only sent to this address. To check or change it, open Menu (tap your avatar, or Menu on the phone tab bar) and choose Payout destination.
Steps
Press Withdraw. It is the main button on Home, and it is also in the Your CLUB card on the Staking page.
Choose amount: enter how much CLUB to withdraw, or use Use max for everything available.
Check destination: the payment goes to your verified payout wallet. If that address is wrong, stop here and change it in Menu → Payout destination first.
Review and confirm: check the amount and press Confirm withdrawal request. The amount is reserved for you and can't also be staked.
What happens next
Your request shows as Pending under Earnings → Payouts while it waits for the next batch.
The team checks and sends batches from the club's treasury during working hours. Most withdrawals arrive within 12 hours.
When the transfer is confirmed on-chain, it shows as Completed, with the transaction hash.
If a request can't be approved, it is Rejected and the full amount goes back to your available balance.
Still pending after 12 hours? Open Support with the amount and the time you requested it.

Is there a fee? ClubAffili doesn't charge a withdrawal fee. Blockchain network fees for the transfer are covered by the treasury.
Can I cancel a request? Yes, while it is still waiting and not yet in a batch. On the Staking page, open Activity and press Cancel withdrawal request. Once it has been sent, it can't be reversed.
