Quick answer: Payouts are currently sent as crypto to your saved wallet. Bank transfer and PayPal are planned and will appear as options in Wallet & Payouts when they are enabled for your programme.

Staking rewards and Staking Binary rewards are always paid in Club Token to the same wallet.
These methods require the same verified-settlement guarantees as crypto before ClubAffili will enable them. Until then, selecting them isn't possible. Watch the announcements widget on your dashboard for the launch.
Which currency are network rewards paid in? Direct, Binary and Team rewards are recorded in your programme's currency (USD by default) and settled in the crypto asset shown on the payout screen.
Can I be paid to an exchange deposit address? We recommend a self-custody wallet. Some exchanges don't credit token deposits correctly; if you use one, confirm it supports the token and network first.
