Points already recorded in the network are not removed under the current rule. ## Effects by item

## Requesting a refund Refunds are handled by the partner under the partner's policy. Contact the partner directly. ClubAffili learns about the refund when the partner updates the transaction. ## Related questions **Can the rule change?** Reward and volume policies are set by your programme and any change is announced in your dashboard in advance. **I was refunded but my sponsor still shows the reward as pending.** The partner may not have updated the transaction yet. Give it a few days; the pending reward will be cancelled before the next weekly run once the update arrives.
