# How to reset your password

Use the Forgot password link to receive a reset email and choose a new password.

**Quick answer:** On the login page click **Forgot password?**, enter your email, open the reset link we send you, and choose a new password. If you are already logged in, open **Menu** and choose **Password**.

## Steps

1.  Go to the ClubAffili login page.
    
2.  Click **Forgot password?**
    
3.  Enter the email address on your account and submit.
    
4.  Open the email (check spam/junk) and click **Reset password**. The link expires after a short time, so use it promptly.
    
5.  Enter and confirm a new password. Use at least 8 characters with a mix of letters, numbers and symbols, and don't reuse a password from another site.
    
6.  Log in with the new password.
    

## Changing your password while logged in

Open **Menu** (tap your avatar, or Menu on the phone tab bar) and choose **Password**. It opens the password reset page, where you set a new password. Two-step verification is under **Security** in the same Menu.

## Related questions

**No reset email arrives.** Make sure you entered the exact email you registered with. Wait five minutes and check spam. Too many attempts in a short time are rate-limited — wait a few minutes and try again.

**I can't find "Profile & Security".** That page no longer exists. Password and Security are both in Menu.

**I no longer have access to my email.** Contact support from another address with details that prove ownership (registration date, sponsor, wallet address).
