# Community, meetings and announcements

How ClubAffili announcements reach you, how to set the standing team call your members see, and where to find shareable material.

**Quick answer:** Announcements reach you as notifications, so turn those on in **Menu**, then **Notifications**. Your standing team call is set in Menu, then Team meeting. Decks, the introduction video and the brand asset kit live in **Learn**.

## Announcements

Programme news, rule changes, new partners and reward-pool updates are sent to the whole club as an announcement. These arrive as a notification on the devices where you have notifications switched on, so if you have not turned them on anywhere you will not see them.

To switch them on, open Menu, choose Notifications, and tap Turn on notifications. You can send yourself a test straight afterwards to check it works. Each phone or computer is separate.

## Your team meeting

If you run a standing call for your team, set it in Menu, then **Team meeting**. The members you sponsored directly then see it on their dashboard and can add it to their own calendar.

A live call is often the easiest way to explain ClubAffili, so it is worth inviting prospects to one.

## Material you can share

Open **Learn** for the introduction video, presentation decks you can show to prospects, written guides, the ClubAffili brand asset kit and partner playbooks. That is where shareable material lives — there is no separate marketing section.

## Related questions

**Can I message other members in the dashboard?** Not yet. In-dashboard messaging is on the roadmap; until it launches, use the contact details the people you sponsored share with you.

**I was told there is a Marketing centre.** There is not — that was an error in an older version of this article. Everything it described is in **Learn**.

**I have notifications on but nothing arrives.** See “Notifications are not arriving”. Some alert types are still marked Coming soon and are not sending yet.
