Quick answer: If ClubAffili will not load, or a button spins and never finishes, the request is not reaching us. Check your connection, turn off any VPN and reload. If it is your wallet connection that spins or drops, reconnect with WalletConnect, try the MetaMask app, and make sure the wallet is on Ethereum.
Try these first
Check you are online — load any other site.
Turn off your VPN or proxy and try again.
Reload the page. On a phone, pull down to refresh.
Try mobile data instead of Wi-Fi, or the other way round. Some office and hotel networks block parts of the site.
If your wallet connection spins or drops
This is most often reported with Trust Wallet on a phone.
Disconnect, then press Connect wallet again and choose WalletConnect.
If it still hangs, try the MetaMask app instead.
Make sure the wallet is set to Ethereum.
Stay in Safari or Chrome (or the ClubAffili Home Screen app). Approve in your wallet app, then switch back.
If a deposit might have been sent, go back to the Staking page before trying again and look for the Deposit in progress card. Don't send CLUB manually from an exchange to get round the problem: that transfer can't be matched to you automatically. See Staking from your phone (MetaMask, WalletConnect, Trust Wallet).
If you were in the middle of signing up
Nothing was saved. A request that never reaches us cannot create an account, so start again from the beginning — you will not end up with a duplicate.
The same is true of a withdrawal or a purchase: if you never saw a confirmation, it did not happen. Check Earnings → Payouts (or the relevant page) before trying again, and if something looks half-finished, contact support rather than repeating it.
If you installed ClubAffili as an app
An installed app can hold on to an old version of a page. Close it completely and reopen it. If it still misbehaves, open clubaffili.com in your normal browser to compare — if the browser works and the app does not, tell support, because that is a bug worth fixing.
