Try mobile data instead of Wi-Fi, or the other way round. Some office and hotel networks block parts of the site.
Nothing was saved. A request that never reaches us cannot create an account, so start again from the beginning — you will not end up with a duplicate.
The same is true of a payout request or a purchase: if you never saw a confirmation, it did not happen. Check the relevant page in your dashboard before trying again, and if something looks half-finished, contact support rather than repeating it.
An installed app can hold on to an old version of a page. Close it completely and reopen it. If it still misbehaves, open clubaffili.com in your normal browser to compare — if the browser works and the app does not, tell support, because that is a bug worth fixing.
