# What notifications you get

The alerts ClubAffili sends, what is live today, and where tapping one takes you.

Menu, then Notifications lists every alert ClubAffili can send you. Anything marked **Coming soon** is built but not switched on yet, so you will not receive it until it is.

## Sending now

-   **Club announcements** — news from ClubAffili: new partners, programme changes and reward updates. These go to the whole club, and they are the main reason to turn notifications on today.
    

Announcements are never urgent enough to wake you: they go out on a scheduled run and respect quiet hours.

## Coming soon

These are built and listed in the app, but nothing sends them yet:

-   Stake confirmed, when your CLUB stake is live and earning.
    
-   New members, a daily count of the people who joined with your code.
    
-   Meeting reminders, before a team call you asked to be reminded about.
    
-   Team milestones, when your team reaches 10, 25, 50 members and beyond.
    
-   CLUB price up, when CLUB gains 10% or more in a day, at most once a day.
    
-   Support replies, when someone answers your message.
    

We would rather list them honestly than have you wonder why an alert never came. Each one starts sending as soon as it is ready, and you do not need to do anything to receive it — the switch you already turned on covers everything.

Tapping an alert opens the page it is about, so a stake confirmation opens your staking page and a reply opens the conversation.

## What we never send

New help articles never become notifications. Nor does anything you have already read in the app.

## Notifications and email

They are separate systems with separate switches, and neither affects the other.

-   **Notifications** reach a phone or computer, are set _per device_, and live in Menu, then Notifications.
    
-   **Progress and milestone emails** reach your inbox, apply to your whole account, and live in Menu, then Profile settings. See _Progress and milestone emails: turning them on and off_.
    

Essential account and security email — password resets, confirmations — arrives whatever you choose in either place.
