Start in Menu, then Notifications. The row says On or Off for the device you are holding, and Send a test tells you in seconds whether alerts get through.
If it says Blocked
The permission was refused, and only you can undo that. In Chrome, tap the icon to the left of the address bar, open Site settings and set Notifications to Allow. In Safari on a Mac, open Safari settings, then Websites, then Notifications. On an iPhone, check Settings, then Notifications, then ClubAffili.
If the row is not there at all
This browser cannot receive notifications. On an iPhone that usually means ClubAffili is open in Safari rather than from the Home Screen: add it to the Home Screen and open it from the icon.
If the test arrives but nothing else does
Check the list in Notifications. Anything marked Coming soon is not sending yet, so there is nothing to wait for.
Other things worth checking
Alerts only reach devices where you turned them on, so your phone stays quiet if you only switched them on for your laptop. A focus or do-not-disturb mode holds them back until you look. Signing out of a device stops its alerts.
If the test itself never arrives, tell support which device and browser you used.
