Progress and milestone emails: turning them on and off

Where the email switch lives, how to turn these emails back on after unsubscribing, and how email differs from notifications.

Quick answer: Open Menu, choose Profile settings, and scroll to Progress and milestone emails. One button turns them on or off, whichever way round you need.

Where the switch is

The email switch is inside your account panel, which opens from your own name rather than from the list of pages — which is why it is easy to miss.

On a computer: click your name and email at the very bottom of the left-hand sidebar, below Learn and Help center. The round avatar in the top-right corner opens the same panel.

On a phone: tap Menu, the fifth button along the bottom bar.

Then choose Profile settings and scroll down, past your personal details, to Progress and milestone emails.

The button tells you what it will do: it reads Turn on engagement emails when they are currently off, and Turn off engagement emails when they are on. You will see a short confirmation once it saves.

Turning them back on after unsubscribing

Using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of one of these emails switches them off. That link only works one way — it cannot turn them back on, and there is no “resubscribe” link to follow. To start receiving them again, use the button in Profile settings described above. There is nothing else to do and no waiting period.

What you get when they are on

An email each time you level up, plus updates on your progress, referrals and sales milestones. Those updates are capped at one per day and three per week, so switching this on will not flood your inbox.

What keeps arriving either way

Essential account and security email is not affected by this setting. Password resets, email confirmations, wallet-change confirmations and similar messages continue regardless, because you need them to use and protect your account.

Email and notifications are separate

This switch controls email only. Notifications — the alerts that reach your phone or computer — have their own switch in Menu, under Notifications, and it is set per device. Turning one on or off does nothing to the other.

Related questions

I can turn the emails off but I cannot find where to turn them on. It is the same button, in Menu, then Profile settings. If you were looking for “Profile & Security”, that name is out of date — open the panel from your own name instead.

They are switched on but nothing arrives. Check your spam or junk folder first. If they are still missing, contact support with the email address on your account.

Can I choose which of these emails I get? Not individually — it is a single on or off switch for the whole group.

The switch says it could not save. Try it again; if it keeps failing, tell support which device and browser you were using.
