That is the direction ClubAffili is building in, and how we try to operate now. It is worth being straight about where that has got to: it describes how we work and where we are heading, not a finished governance system. As the structure takes shape, we will publish what it looks like and what members will decide.
Member voting is the next piece of that, and it is in development. The design is for Club Token to act as the governance token, so that holders can vote on decisions across the platform — whether a new partner brand is accepted, for example. It is not live yet, and we are not putting a date on it. Treat it as planned rather than promised, and we will announce it clearly when members can actually vote.
Where we come from
The people building ClubAffili come from web3 and frontier technology — builders and operators who have shipped in crypto and adjacent tech, with the network and technical connections that come with that. ClubAffili exists because that group looked at affiliate marketing and thought the model was worth rebuilding, not because they came up through the industry.
Those roots are visible in how the platform works. Club Token is an ERC-20 token you hold in your own wallet, with a contract address you can inspect. Payouts settle on-chain in stablecoins. The reward rules are written down in this help centre rather than agreed case by case. Much of what matters to you can be checked independently.

A partner brand you think belongs in the network. Member suggestions are genuinely how the marketplace grows — we do not cold-approach brands, so most good ones reach us this way. It is also the kind of decision member voting is being designed to cover.

This will get more structured as the platform develops — clearer routes for suggestions, and eventually member voting. For now the chat is the way, and it is read.
None of this is expected of you — plenty of members simply use the platform, and that is fine. But the option is there.
Naming the team
We ask every partner brand to be a genuine, vetted business, and the same standard applies to us. The founding team will be published as the structure is formalised, alongside how governance will work, so that the names arrive attached to something real rather than on their own.
In the meantime, the things you can check without taking anyone's word for it are the token contract, the on-chain payouts, the published reward rules, and whether the partners we launch are real businesses.
