These are the terms used throughout ClubAffili and this help center. They are not interchangeable.
Term | Meaning |

Member / Affiliate | A registered ClubAffili user with a referral code, network position and reward balance. |
Program (Tenant) | An individual ClubAffili programme with its own partners, rules and members. Most people are in one program. |
Partner | A brand (e.g. a travel or entertainment provider) whose purchases earn rewards in ClubAffili. |
Referral link / code | Your personal link. Anyone registering through it joins your network with you as sponsor. |
Sponsor | The member who introduced you. Also called your "personal" upline. |
Personals / Personal enrollees | Members you personally referred. |
Placement parent | The member directly above you in the binary tree. Can be different from your sponsor because of spillover. |
Binary tree / Legs | The network structure. Every member has a left leg and a right leg beneath them. |
Spillover | When a new member is placed under someone other than their sponsor because the sponsor's nearest position was taken. |
Volume / Points | Value created by eligible purchases (and staked tokens) in a leg. Used to calculate Binary rewards. |
Weak leg / Strong leg | In a cycle, the leg with less volume is the weak leg; the other is the strong leg. Binary pays on the weak leg. |
Carry-over (roll-over) | Unmatched strong-leg volume that is kept for the next cycle. |
Flush | Removal of carry-over volume that has not been matched within the flush period (one year). |
Generation | In Team Rewards: your personals are generation 1, their personals are generation 2. |
Rank | Your recognition level (Starter through Legend — 31 levels in six tiers), based on personals and weak-leg volume. |
Club Token | ClubAffili's utility token: pay partners, stake, trade or provide liquidity. |
Stake | Club Token you lock for a term to earn Staking rewards. Backed by a verified on-chain transfer to the staking vault. |
Lock term / Weight | How long a stake is locked (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and the multiplier it gets on rewards (1.0x to 2.0x). |
Accrual | The daily calculation that adds staking rewards to your accrued balance. |
Reward balance | Money you've earned from Direct, Binary, Team etc. that is available to withdraw. |
Payout | A withdrawal request from your reward balance to your wallet. Reviewed and approved by the ClubAffili team. |
Hold | Amount reserved from your balance while a payout request is pending. |
Transaction hash (tx hash) | The unique ID of a blockchain transaction. Used to prove a token transfer. |
