Follow up without pressure
If someone shows interest, ask what they'd like to know more about. Then suggest one simple next step: you send some information, show them the platform, or book a short call.
An answer doesn't have to be yes for the conversation to have been worthwhile:
Yes: show them what they asked for.
Not now: ask whether they'd like you to get back in touch later.
No: thank them for the answer and respect it.
No one can promise that a certain number of contacts will lead to a certain number of new members. But when you actually talk to people, you find out who you can help. A no means you dared to reach out and got a clear answer. Then you move on.
Look back every week
Set aside a moment at the end of the week. Open Overview → Goals and ask yourself:
Which of my planned activities did I do?
What questions did people ask me?
Which conversations need a follow-up?
What do I want to do next week?
If you missed your weekly target, find out why. Was the target too big? Were you unsure what to say? Do you need to practise one thing at a time? Adjust, and keep going.
