Quick answer: Usually within 12 hours. After you press Withdraw, your request waits for the next batch. Batches are sent from the club's treasury to your verified payout wallet during working hours. If a withdrawal is still pending after 12 hours, open Support.
What happens after you press Withdraw
The amount is reserved and your request shows as Pending under Earnings → Payouts.
During working hours, the team checks the waiting requests and sends them together in a batch from the treasury.
Once the transfer is confirmed on-chain, your request shows as Completed with the transaction hash, and the CLUB is in your wallet.
A request made outside working hours goes out with the next batch, so it can take a little longer.
Still pending after 12 hours?
Open Support and include the amount and the date and time you requested it. For what each status means, see Payout statuses and timing.

It says Completed but I can't see the CLUB. Open the transaction hash in a block explorer, check you are looking at your payout wallet on Ethereum, and add Club Token to your wallet as a custom token if needed.
